I recently had a problem with my internet connection in that I could not gain access to the web or e-mail. I left it for a little over a day as I thought that perhaps the tower was down, but when I still could not gain access on the evening of the second day, I suspected that something else was up. Having tried unplugging the router etc and resetting and still not resolving the problem, I called Columbia Wireless to inquire as to what the problem could be. In spite of it being after hours, Tom immediately returned my call and was very quickly able to ascertain that the problem was a burnt out transformer for the dish. Tom then arranged to have a replacement unit dropped off at my house the next day.
I want to express my appreciation for the very efficient and professional response that I received from Tom, and consider this to be an example of excellent customer service.
